2. How We Use Your Data

• To generate and store your will documents
• To process payments securely via Billplz
• To send essential notifications (password resets, executor notifications, payment receipts)

• To improve our AI and platform (using anonymised, aggregated data only)

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Billplz — Payment processing (transaction data only)
• Your assigned lawyer — Only for Lawyer Review tier, and only your will document
• Your designated executor — Only storage location info, when you trigger notification
• Law enforcement — Only if required by Malaysian law or court order

4. AI & Chatbot Data

The AI chatbot processes your inputs to draft your will. Conversation data is stored securely on our servers. We do not share individual conversation data with third-party AI providers. Your will content is never used to train AI models.

5. Data Security

• All data transmitted via HTTPS/SSL encryption
• Passwords hashed using bcrypt algorithm
• Uploaded documents protected with server-side access controls
• Database access restricted to authorised personnel only
• Regular security reviews and updates

6. Your Rights (Under PDPA)

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data held by us
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Withdraw consent for non-essential processing
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format

We use essential session cookies for login authentication. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. No cookie consent banner is required as we only use essential cookies.

9. Children

WillBot.io is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
