WillBot.io is an AI-powered will drafting platform operated by SLV Group Sdn. Bhd. (a Malaysian company). Our service helps users create will documents through a guided AI chatbot interface.

WillBot.io services include:
You must be at least 18 years old and of sound mind to use WillBot.io, in accordance with the Malaysian Wills Act 1959. You must be capable of understanding the nature and consequences of making a will.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and inclusive of SST where applicable. Payments are processed via Billplz, a licensed Malaysian payment gateway. Will drafting is free — you only pay when satisfied with the result.
As a digital service, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with the service, please contact us within 14 days of payment. We will assess and may offer a full or partial refund at our discretion.
WillBot.io is not responsible for the legal validity of unsigned or improperly witnessed documents.
Your personal data and will information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
The WillBot.io platform, design, code, and AI models are the property of SLV Group Sdn. Bhd. You retain ownership of your personal will content. We do not claim any rights over the documents you generate.
Partners earn commissions for referred clients who complete a purchase. Commission rates vary by partner type. SLV Group reserves the right to modify commission rates, program terms, or suspend accounts for abuse.
WillBot.io and SLV Group Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for any losses, disputes, or legal issues arising from the use of will documents generated by this platform. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their will content and ensuring proper execution.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
